Privacy Policy
This policy explains the data we process to operate VelopStore.
2. Data we collect
Account, contact, store, plan and invoice data; merchant-entered product and order content; and technical logs such as IP address, browser, and security events. Signup does not collect card numbers or security codes.
3. How we use data
To create accounts and stores, provide service and support, bill subscriptions, prevent fraud, secure the platform, improve performance, and meet legal duties. Optional marketing relies on consent.
4. Sharing and processors
We share the minimum necessary with hosting, payment, email, notification, and analytics providers needed to operate the service, or when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
We retain data while the account is active and afterward as needed for billing, disputes, and legal duties. We use access controls, tenant isolation, HTTPS transport, and password hashing, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows, opt out of marketing, and change analytics consent in privacy settings. We may verify identity before acting on a request.
