These terms govern your VelopStore subscription, store creation, and use of the platform.
By creating a subscription or store, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. The Arabic version is the controlling and binding version in any conflict; the English translation is provided for convenience only.
VelopStore provides software tools for creating a store and managing products, orders, and settings. You are responsible for your store data and content, prices, taxes, shipping, advertising, customer contracts, and required licences. We do not promise business results or uninterrupted availability.
The price, period, and features displayed for the selected plan govern the subscription. A paid subscription may start after payment confirmation and may renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. You are responsible for displayed fees, taxes, and payment-provider charges, if any.
Cancelling renewal stops future billing and access normally continues through the paid period. There is no voluntary refund for a period that has started or a digital service that has been activated, except for mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived under Palestinian law, a verified duplicate charge or billing error, or a written decision by us. Your product-return policy governs your relationship with your customers; we do not create it for you.
Read the Cancellation and Refund PolicyYou must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You may not use the platform for fraud, rights infringement, prohibited goods, spam, or security abuse.
Read the Acceptable Use PolicyWe may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or overdue amounts, with notice or an opportunity to cure where required by law. This section does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
You retain ownership of your store content. You grant us a limited licence to process it as needed to provide and protect the service. The platform, software, and marks remain their owners’ property, and the Privacy Policy governs personal-data processing.
These terms are interpreted under the laws in force in Palestine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or injury where the law does not permit it, and we do not limit mandatory rights. Any liability cap applies only to the extent permitted by law and should be reviewed locally.
